Registration
We are so excited to welcome your family to the Avery Middle School community!
To get your child registered at Avery Middle School, we will need the completed Student Registration Packet below, along with the following three documents. If you need help with any of this, please don't hesitate to reach out to Jessica Bertolino at [email protected] or call (209) 795-8520.
Along with the completed Student Registration Packet below, please also provide the following documents when registering your child:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Three proofs of physical address as explained in the Proof of Residency Requirements below
