Extended Learning - After School

EdVenture Time Program

EdVenture Time is a daily after-school session of expanded learning activities for VUSD's TK-6 grade students. It is designed to feel a "little different than 'more school'" and offers students some engaging thematic activities.

Daily schedule includes a group "gathering time" for snacks, a preview of the day's activity, a story, and a game. At the end of the day, we have a group "wrap-up" with opportunities to share learnings and experiences from the day.

What Students are Saying About EdVenture Time

quote: I liked making the snowy owl project... and the 'snowball fight'!  My favorite part was crafts, the game, the snack, and when Mr. Loring did a running race with us!
