good morning Wyatt night here at school doing some lessons in getting ready for next week I thought since we've Zoey and Sassafras by the catterfly and we never got to finish it that we should finish it so we are going to start on over in the middle of the chapter that's where we left off when the mom and Zoe I'm going to read this page just in case we haven't read it yet I really want to know if they get to save the cattle fly eggs it says this time at prancing sassafras remember he's prancing cuz he got super cool cat snow boots that Zoe made pretty awesome good time printing sassafras led the way I tried to call my hammering heart I really hope the plants would be okay and the butterflies and their eggs were States I slowed down as catnip plant came into view when a plant standing up internet Wilkes down several of the leaves were Brown what had I done tear roll down my cheeks what would the cattle flies do their babies needed to eat the host plants and lots of it as soon as they hatched only a few plants for left with their baby caterpillars * because of my mistake mom came over and put a hand under my chin to Tilted my face up to hers don't worry sweetheart I have a few tricks up my sleeve first let's find the catterfly what's the snow off a nearby rock with my clothes so that's hurting my arm and Sassafras sat down and waited he kept glancing at the catnip but he knew we needed to save it for the catterfly I was proud of him it must have been like sitting in a candy shop and not any of the candy that'd be hard the three of us looked around but there was no sign of cat I was terrified to walk closer to the king what if I accidentally stepped on one of the air and let out a loud I spotted to move I tacked mom's shoulder and pointed what looked like a small amount of snow began to quake and shake and then it exploded into a dozen quatre flies a small fry straight for straight toward sassafras do you remember why they like sassafras so much she's warming coluzzi and they are also cold there they are flying where is Zoe was looking for them he looks at me with big eyes tenkara flies instantly coated him his whole body seemed to vibrate with Caterpie wipers they love fasika over the loud rumbling Furs I managed to hear them say you brought us. It's so warm thank you I knelt down I was so worried about you it was too much wind and snow to come yesterday is everyone okay one of the cattifly that came to our barn left sassafras and landed on my wrist your tricks worked the ice cracked we rest your eggs then the snow and the wind started again we didn't want them to get trapped a second time so we set them on a rock by the front of the case and all tiled on to protect them we were so happy to see the sun this morning but what's wrong with our plant caddisflies know something's not right I sighed I made a mistake using the salt it melted the ice but it hurt your salt makes water leaves the plants which is why they wilted and turned brown I'm so sorry I didn't know it would do that another tear slid down you shall we talking to the cat off light nearest sassafras all covered with the cattle flies trying to stay cozy beauty is when she waiting to them about the wilted plant and her mom to Rhymes fake to yeah if you put two ones together one and one makes two the distance butterfly rub his face against my wrist and purse it's okay Zoey you rescued our age besides a few plants still look that might be enough for our caterpillars once they hatch I looked over the field at catnip catnip plant about half of them with Anna no one foreign for snake face let's see where were we oh she looked over at the catnip plant a half of them were damaged I shook my head it didn't look like enough I was worried mom put her on around my shoulder we need more catnip plants I said I don't think what's left will be enough to feed the baby caterpillars mom nodded what do you think we should do is that a problem to solve and I bet she left her thinking tacos at home I don't know what they're going to do I reached into my backpack and popped on my thinking goggles hey I thought she left him at home we needed more plants how can we get more plants the first word that popped in my head was seeds but there weren't any flowers yet and Steve take an awfully long time to grow the next word with my friend Sophie we haven't heard anything about Sophie before thinking goggles what are you trying to tell me I mean it would be fun to play with her but violets I practically shouted I smiled before I got distracted by the snow I've been working on a surprise for my friend in the greenhouse mom showed me a trick where I slipped a few leaves from that African violet and plants in the soil the stems of that can grow roots which is super weird not all plants can do that and amazing after the lease grow into plants I can give them to my friend at the end of catnip stems grow roots to could we cut off the leaves from the catnip and plant them in soil to make new plants in our Greenhouse that sounds like an excellent saying and you're right herbs like catnip can do exactly what the African Violets can do they grow new plants I can't see some part of the original plant herbs are a type of plant people use them like for seasoning so there's thinking about her garden that she's growing in the greenhouse a greenhouse keep plants warm to grow when it's cold so if you had a greenhouse that you could grow plants right now at your house let's see I raised the catterfly on my wrist up to my face how would you feel about moving to our Greenhouse for a few weeks Greenhouse does it have a saxophone play catterfly asked it does have a sassafras it's and it's nice and warm with one finger I just sent least headed to head of the cattifly in The Pacifier playing the Caddis fly then let's get to work Mom said she walked as she walked to a healthy catnip plant and waved me over Zoey you owe me to clip off the end of the plants here she said pointing to the Eva stem with about five new leaves unfurling that means like I'm curling their opening up and put them in this bag once I collected the clipping we headed back to the greenhouse quatre flies and all I really hope they kind of flies like the greenhouse but I think they will because it's warm that's the end of chapter 11 so I'm going to stop there and we will start chapter 12 key is petting a cattifly I hope you guys are all so much fun with your families and I'm missing you
