We are dedicated to the strategic recruitment, equitable hiring, and effective onboarding of high-quality staff. Our responsibilities include leadership in employee relations, labor law compliance, contract administration, credentialing, professional development, performance evaluation, classification and compensation, and health and welfare benefits. We also manage leaves of absence, retirement processing, and employee engagement initiatives.
