The Personnel Department of Vallecito Union School District is dedicated to providing professional, responsive, and confidential support to all employees—Classified, Certificated, and Management.
We are committed to ensuring that every aspect of employment, from recruitment and hiring to onboarding and employee support, is handled with accuracy, integrity, and care. Our department oversees key personnel functions including credentialing, employee relations, leaves of absence, retirement processing, and compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
